The ticket office, Harstad Kulturhus
- Until the Festspill start: Mon–Sat at 12.00–14.00
- During the Festivals: one hour before the performance in the Great Hall and Little Hall.
Festspillbutikken, will be established in the center during the Festspillene
- Opening hours throughout the festival: 10:00 - 18:00
Gift card
You can buy gift cards for the Festivals in Northern Norway easily and quickly online. You choose an amount, and the gift card is sent as an attachment to your email. You can then either print the gift card or forward it by email to the lucky recipient.
The festival friend card
The Festspillvennkortet is a benefit card that gives a ticket with a 20% discount per performance.

We accept companion certificates that give the disabled person's companion(s) free access to events. Guidelines for companion certificates
Guardianship arrangement
ATTENTION. Young people under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 25 to concerts with an 18-year age limit. The guardianship form is filled in at the concert venue. Both must buy a ticket.
Conditions for ticket purchases
STOLEN, LOST OR DESTROYED TICKETS
You are not entitled to a refund for lost or stolen tickets, and cannot demand that new tickets be issued. If your ticket is damaged/destroyed, you can in most cases have a new ticket printed if you present the damaged ticket. Contact Harstad Kulturhus or Festspillhytta on Torvet.
MOVED OR CANCELED EVENT
If the performance is canceled or moved, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket. The ticket fee is not refunded. Tickets for the rescheduled performance are still valid and can be used for this one.
THE RIGHT OF APPEAL ACT
Chapter 5 Section 19 of the Right of Withdrawal Act deals with limitations in the Right of Withdrawal Act. Clause b states that: "In the case of distance sales other than telephone sales, the right of withdrawal does not apply to individual services if the seller undertakes to deliver the service at a specific time or within a specific period of time at the conclusion of the agreement". Individual services that are delivered at a specific time or within a specific time period are, for example, theatre, cinema, concert and plane tickets. In such cases, you are instead referred to the applicable cancellation rules. Purchased tickets are not refundable.
