The opening ceremony marks the beginning of this year’s festival. There will be speeches from, among others, the Director of True Northern Arts Festival and the Mayor of Harstad, welcoming audiences to a new festival week filled with art and experiences.

Music and life in the park

The opening also features artistic contributions. The Spanish street band Always Drinking Marching Band will bring festival joy and rhythms, while Katarina Barruk Trio will contribute powerful musical moments. The soft and playful figures from the dance performance Fløff will also appear, bringing life and curiosity to the park.
