MAMMÚT were founded in Reykjavík by five thirteen year old kids back in 2003, and has become well known in their home country. Having presented their music in Icelandic until 2017, their last album received great international reviews. MAMMÚT has the volcanic presence sorely lacking in 21st century rock, with amazing lyrics now also in English.
