On the way you meet a swimming herring shoal before you whirl further through dancing seagrass. A hungry shark appears. Watch out! Fortunately, a new wave is washing you away. But wait a minute. What is that sparkling object sticking out of the sand?

Bølgebrus is an interactive theater experience where the children get to wonder about the mysteries of the sea on a journey through the magical sea park.

Artistically responsible is the award-winning director Katrine Strøm, leader of the artist group Katma, which makes various stage performances for children and young people and Lille Hålogaland Theater. The Harstad audience knows her work through both Utsikt from Kulturnatt Harstad 2020, and the massive successes Mørkemodig (2016) and Ritsj (2019), as well as several performances in 2008, when she was a festival artist.
