Thomas Voll and Ida Løken Valkeapää will talk about the stories behind what they choose to convey in art.
Voll is a dancer and choreographer based in Hadsel in Vesterålen. He has produced and shown a number of performances, and is known for touching on serious topics such as abuse, shame and boundaries around the body. Løken Valkeapää has developed a performance about the witchcraft processes in Finnmark and as an actress and producer is concerned with both being part of other people's visions, at the same time as she creates her own expressions.
INNAFØRR? is a new series of conversations based on this year's theme - Who is allowed to tell the story? The conversations take place in an intimate environment at Støperiet where participants raise questions that have to do with storytelling, their own and/or in a bigger perspective. Questions about what types of stories it is important to tell, who has the right to tell the stories and are there stories you should not tell? The participants are selected based on similarities or differences between them that appear to be interesting to highlight.
