The award-winning puppet theatre company Wakka Wakka Productions is known for its innovative work within puppetry. "Animal R.I.O.T." is yet another example of the company's ability to combine artistic expression with current global themes.
Through a mix of visual arts, puppet theater, and captivating narratives, the performance explores the tension between humans and animals, and poses critical questions about our era's environmental and ethical dilemmas.
With its unique aesthetics and engaging storytelling, "Animal R.I.O.T." takes the audience on a journey through various perspectives and voices from the animal kingdom, challenging us to reflect on our relationship with and responsibility for the planet's non-human inhabitants.
"Animal R.I.O.T." (Animal Resurgence In Our Time) is an anonymous anthropomorphic membership organization, founded by The Fantastic Mr. Fox (the non-fictional). The human species will unite and save all animals from extinction (ourselves included)! Become a masked avenger who answers the call of the wild and join the bio-centric pacifist club! Join us or perish!
