The concerts with Hekla Stålstrenga are known for their energy, presence and deep musicality mixed with humor, enthusiasm and extremely competent musicians. The band consists of some of the country's most significant musicians on their respective instruments.

New for this album is that both Furebotten, Nymo Trulsen and Bruvoll deliver, not just melodies - but also their own texts. In addition, several well-known Northern Norwegian artists such as Ola Bremnes, Helge Stangnes, Malvin Skulbru, Geir Vildgren and Ronny Trælvik have contributed lyrics for the record.
