Since Heave Blood and Die played at Festspillene i Nord-Norge in 2018, they have had an impressive career, and has recently released their latest album "Post People".
The ambitious album is catchy and is described by the band itself as "the sound of imperialism laying bricks upon bricks on the collapse of modern society", a panoramic mourning march that fires off some of the same inner explosions as The Cure, Smashing Pumpkins and Killing Joke at their most magnificent.
Join a universe where humanity as a whole has wiped out modern society, abandoned capitalism, got rid of unwarranted authority, achieved the climate-neutral goal, equality for all and ended the war on drugs. Post People is very much an activist work, a critical view of how things are, and always have been. Set in rhythm and sounds with melodies that some may find pleasant.
