Arne O. Holm hit the road in middle of pandemi. He drove his motorhome through the North Norway with the aim to see what the people in the region were preoccupied with. He stopped people out on the streets and took house on some, he was brought food and people checked on him. The whole journey was filmed, by Arne, and the project is an example of his engagement and interest in the arctic human. In the past month Arne has parked his motorhome by the boarder of Russia and Norway. HIGH NOON is a continuation of this work, and this summer Holm will take the motorhome to Harstad to lead debates with guests from the fields of art, research and politics.

In HIGH NOON, Holm focuses on an artist who, with their artistry, opens up for a larger debate about society. Over the four days the program is placed Sentralen you can participate when Holm leads the public through debates where the importance of open borders is addressed, as well as how international issues become transparent and important for people in local communities.

High Noon is a 1952 western film about conscience, independence and uncompromising fearlessness, according to the director, Fred Zinnemann.
