Trygve will show clips from his previous films in order to build a context around his present project: a musical about the consequences it has for a young North Norwegian farmer when a bitcoin mine appears as their next door neighbor.

The main character, Sunniva Birkeland Johansen, will talk about how she is about to become the fictional local farmer Gloria who lives in the shadow of a bitcoin mine. Luktvasslimo releases the second single from the film music during this year's festival, and the event concludes with it being performed for the first time. 

Festspillene i Nord-Norge appoints two profile artists every other year. During their tenure with the festival those artists exhibit previous work as well as premiering new work. In addition the artists may take on a roll as mentors, workshop leaders or debate participants. The aim of the profile program is to shine a light on and support an artistic carreer and development of singular artists and to put their work in wider context. The profile artist for the period 2021-2023 are the visual artist and film maker Trygve Luktvasslimo and the bass player Jørn Stubberudd (Mayhem).
