Vi skal ikke falle (NO)

A raw and honest theatre concert based on texts by Fredrik Høyer and Lisa Skoglund. Join us between the invisible barriers that separate us, and discover who we are when we dare to talk about what really matters.

Premiere

Based on conversations in high school, topics such as mental health, sexuality and the small and large taboos that shape us are explored. About going to the health nurse to skip the economics exam. About your friend who stalks her ex. About eating disorders. And about the girl who comes to school high, but no one asks why.

for jeg vet ikke hva som er livet ditt

og din virkelighet liksom hva som er sant for deg,

jeg kjenner ikke deg

jeg kan ikke tenke meg hvordan det er å være et annet menneske

ingen kan tenke seg til det

det er umulig

With poetry, songs and humour, the performance will stretch out the space we have to be ourselves and make it bigger. Show that there is room for all of us. It is a poetic, low-key homage to everyone who has felt lost and everything that feels impossible to put into words.

The theater concert is performed live by three actors and musicians.

VI SKAL IKKE FALLE is a performance without a definitive answer that wants to be a conversation starter.

ABOUT RIMFROST PRODUKSJONER

Rimfrost Productions stage new theatre based on themes that should be highlighted and stories we believe should be told. Rimfrost was started on Senja in 20116, and moved to Tromsø i 2013. Our productions are founded on documentary material, but the end result ranges in form, method and target audience. The textual foundation is in story-telling and the under-communicated story, therefore we develop (with a few exceptions) new stage text for our productions. The themes we work with can be complex, and we treat them with rigour and respect, but the final expression on stage shall be accessible, full of curiosity, presence, and humour. In 2017, we created Tobias og dagen det smalt, which won the Hedda Prize for best children's performance in 2018. In 2020, the monologue Monster i magen was nominated for the Gullsekken, and in 2022, the performance Utvik Senior received Hedda of the Year. Å LEVE VIDERE won the Hedda Prize for Best Performance for Youth in 2024.
