Festival Parade (NO)

True Northern Arts Festival opens with a parade through Harstad town centre. Together with Harstad Janitsjar, we will walk in procession towards the opening ceremony in Generalhagen – with music, festive atmosphere and audiences lining the streets.

Everyone is welcome to join. Bring friends, family and good spirits, and become part of the festival atmosphere as the parade moves through town.

Parade route:
SNN Park – Havnegata – the THON roundabout – Hålogalandsgata – Torget – Hans Egedes gate – Generalhagen

This parade is for you if you:

  • want to help open the festival together with the town
  • enjoy music, community and a great atmosphere in the streets
  • want to walk in the parade to the opening ceremony
