Steinar Raknes' timeless voice and innovative double bass playing are an orchestra in themselves, and together with Sara Marielle Gaup's traditional, innovative joik, the music naturally merges together, like two rivers meeting. The music is beautiful, stripped down and melodious and at the same time spontaneous and playful. With them at this concert they have the versatile and highly skilled drummer Aleksander Kostopoulos.
