Opsal is a fan of the Black Metal band Mayhem, Stubberud is one of the remaining original members of Mayhem. Opsal and Stubberud are the same age. Opsal has a law degree, grew up in Senja and is now Harstad's mayor, while Stubberud is the godfather and an international pioneer in the black metal genre. Opsal is trained in interpreting laws to stay within boundaries, while Stubberuds Mayhem is a cult band that is known for stretching the boundaries.

INNAFØRR? is a new series of conversations based on this year's theme - Who is allowed to tell the story? The conversations take place in an intimate environment at Støperiet where participants raise questions that have to do with storytelling, their own and/or in a bigger perspective. Questions about what types of stories it is important to tell, who has the right to tell the stories and are there stories you should not tell? The participants are selected based on similarities or differences between them that appear to be interesting to highlight.
