MEETING POINT: Trondenes – Monument. This is right by Trondenes Church. The “Monument in memory of Soviet prisoners of war” is located there.
The project grows out of journeys and encounters with different places. Dance, visual art and sound are woven together in a collective structure in which the performers are also co-creators. The result is a performance where movement, space and material influence one another in real time.
The presentation at True Northern Arts Festival is a preview of the work in its current stage of development. Audiences are invited into the process and given the opportunity to experience the material as it appears right now – shaped by collaboration, landscape and the environments through which the project moves.
