Randi Oline (NO)

Randi Oline (NO)

A fresh and distinctive voice in Norwegian music – carrying both hope and resistance.

Since releasing her first songs in 2023, Randi Oline has established herself as a fresh, direct and engaged artist. Firmly anchored in the singer-songwriter tradition, and with a strong instinct for pop, she reaches listeners with a sound that is soft, intimate and powerful.

Her songs revolve around longing, hope and the desire for change. In the protest song “Demo”, she raises her voice in solidarity with the Palestinian cause, while “Gatene fylles av farger” was written in the aftermath of the 25 June terror attack. Queer struggle is particularly close to her heart, and the feeling of being different – and learning to see that as a strength – recurs in several of her songs.

Many young people also know her from TikTok, where her cover of “Kristoffer Robin” by Cezinando has received more than 705,000 views.

From rising star to debut album

In recent years, Randi Oline has reached several important milestones. In 2024, she won the Rising Star of the Year award at by:Larm, followed by concerts at festivals including Træna, Vinjerock and the main stage at Oslo Pride.

Her debut album Jeg vil ikke stå i ro was released on 17 October 2025, with contributions from artists including Levina Storåkern from Ævestaden. The singles have received a warm response, and “Birk og Ronja” was A-listed on P1.

Live, we meet an artist with both nerve and presence – and songs that invite reflection as well as togetherness.
