If you have bought tickets online, the refund will be automatic, so please just allow a few days to process the transaction. Normally, it takes 2-5 business days before the money appear in your account again.

If you have paid with a credit card, the money is transferred to the card account.

TIckets paid through a gift card will be refunded back to the gift card. If you no longer have the gift card or have questions regarding refund of tickets, please send an email to post@ebillett.no

Audience members who bought their tickets at Kulturhuset, please reach out to Harstad Kulturhus directly by email; post@harstadkulturhus.no, and they will help you with the refund.
